At Lyon Ware, we offer our customers the best quality products. All our works are unique and are symbolic of our ingeniousness. It is our mission to make our customers satisfied with our products and that is what is important to us.

For Retail and Online Purchases

We do not give refunds. We also do not offer any merchandise exchanges after the products have been bought. You will get the right ware after placing another order and paying for it.

Any item returned to our store must be sent back in the same condition it was received and must be sent within 14 days to the date delivered to the customer.

Returns must include all necessary documents including proof of payment or shipping slip receipt. Kindly ensure that the items do not show signs of use.

For Gifts and Gifts Certificates

Gifts may be returned to the store for store credit only and can be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase of the gift item. Kindly provide evidence of payment. Gift cards, however, are non-refundable and non-returnable.

For Custom Design Work

We do not offer returns or exchanges.

We ensure that all custom work is made to order so there will be no returns in any circumstances.

Seconds, Sales and Clearance Items

We also do not offer any returns or exchanges

Damaged goods

We will be happy to accept any return of items that may have damaged in the course of shipping the goods. However, any damage arising from use, general wear and tear will not be accepted. All items returned must appear in showroom condition.
